Order Info

At Kensington Smith we work on the rhythm of the calendar seasons—spring, summer, fall and winter.   Place your product order one season in advance of when you would like delivery.   All orders ship according to order date: first in, first out.



Order before February 1 for shipment beginning early April.



Order before April 1 for shipment beginning early June.


Order before July 1 for shipment beginning early September.


Order before October 1 for shipment beginning early December.

We accept personal and corporate checks, and all major credit cards.  Payment will be proceesed at time of order placement.  Charge will appear as parent company, Gardensheds, Inc, on your credit card statement.

Order Confirmation:
Upon receipt of your order we will email an Order Acknowledgement with approximate ship date.  No order will be deemed binding without our Order Confirmation.

Order Cancellation:
Each order is made-to-order and may not be cancelled. When possible we will allow for cancellation with refund, subject to a 15% order total cancellation fee.

Change Order:
Orders may not be changed once an Order Confirmation is issued.  We will, however, do our best to accommodate reasonable change order requests. Change order fee will apply.

Rush/Expedite Order:
Depending on the product ordered, quantity, and our inventory position of component parts, an expedited order shipment may be possible. A surcharge of 20% will be applied to order total.

Shipment Method:
At time of Order Confirmation we will advise with shipment method.  If you have preferred shipment method please indicate at time of order placement.  In all instances we ship the safest and most economical means.
